  1. I didn't see WhatsApp stories of anyone. So I saved a lot of attention and time there.
  2. I rarely got any important message during those 30 days. So, I can skip WhatsApp.
  3. Earlier I used to stalk my crush's dp a lot. But after 30 days, I actually forgot about my crush.
  4. My screen time got reduced a lot.
  5. I didn't participate in any group chat at all. After 30 days, I was not even interested to read that group messages.
  6. I never had that feeling of getting a reply back.
  7. I didn't get distracted at notifications.
  8. I didn't share anything on WhatsApp.
  9. I didn't update any status also.
  10. My phone battery lasted longer than I expected.
