10 factors to look before joining any startup/organisation:
  1. Total employee count: If the company is small, you can contribute on many fronts.
  2. Early Stage or established company: If you are in 20's, try joining an early stage startup.
  3. Technology used: Try working in a technology which is difficult. Easy technologies can be automated very easily.
  4. Effect of your product: Prefer If your product has impact on local market than at any offshore location.
  5. Check the job description:If it is well written, it speaks of the quality of HR in the organisation.
  6. Don't go on perks: Generally, good perks may not be proportionate to growth. This should not be a deciding factor.
  7. Have residential near office: It will save a lot of time in metro cities.
  8. Make a list of 10 questions to ask the founder.
  9. Is the startup trying to solve any problem or just earning money>
  10. Money: Money is an important factor but it should not be a primary factor.

10 ideas to reward people who save on something

 10 applications like itilie where you can cut down on budgets by opting for a economical option and help people to gain points on it.
  1. Making Every Sodexo transaction being associated with calories and then take data to reward people on their food eating habits.
  2. use public transport instead of Corporate travel and get travel points
  3. Don't eat outside in fast food restaurants and gain points equal to gym membership.(bad for economy but good for your health.)
  4. having water metres for every house and compensating people who use less.
  5. insurance companies providing rewards to people who burn more calories than consume.
  6. work from home and get rewarded as you are saving the traffic costs.(this might not be viable)
  7. Some apps where we can measure effects of yoga and meditation and let users see the benefit of it so that they dont quit midway.
  8. Use a cycle to work and get points.
  9. Buy non branded clothes/khadi online and redeem points at other stores.
  10. Produce less waste and get rewarded for it.
  11. People will have a carbon footprint number in future and reward people who have low number.
