  1. Love what you do than doing what you love.
  2. Never multitask. Always focus your energies on one task.
  3. Never use your phone/ social media while you are at work.
  4. The goal of mankind is knowledge not pleasure. So Don't aim for short term pleasures.
  5. Always speak truth. It gives you more freedom. When you speak truth, consider the outcome to be the best one.
  6. Journal every day of your life. Writing simplifies our thinking process.
  7. Always have a erect posture. Postures can have an effect how we think.
  8. Yoga and meditation are like compound interest. We may not see their immediate impact but in future, they will have huge Returns.
  9. Never have expectations from anyone.
  10. Prefer reading than watching videos. Reading give you more time to think.

  1. Karma Yoga by Swami Vivekananda. it's a very small book but has key concepts in it.Try to read every line of it multiple times.
  2. My Experiments with Truth -Mahatma Gandhi-- Read the preface of this book. If it doesn't motivate you to read it then don't read it. This book is not political.
  3. Inner engineering Sadhguru- A good introduction book for understanding yoga, mind, body and energy.
  4. Hit refresh by Satya Nadella- if you think business can't be done without compromising on ethics, read this book. Satya Nadella turned around the fortunes of a dying company within a very short period of time.
  5. One World School house by Salman Khan: this man is challenging the centuries old classroom teaching method.After reading this book you will be shocked to know the shortcomings of this classroom method.
  6. Revolution in education by Osho our education system produces ego in us. Want to know how? then read this book.
  7. The last lecture by Randy Pausch / Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom- some life lessons from dying College professors.
  8. Digital minimalism by Cal Newport- if you have a addiction of checking your phone every hour of the day then read this book to know the effects of that on your brain. The author also describes some methods to combat this addictive habit.
  9. Zero to One Peter thiel: must read for any business enthusiast, startup founder or any person.
  10. What I talk about when I talk about running- Murakami -I love running  and I felt connected with every line of this book and this book doesn't get boring at any point.
