There was one book I read 'Tuesdays with Morrie' . In that, whenever Morrie wanted to do something, he never cared about anyone. He would close his eyes and start with a smile. It indeed is a good way to start any task.

- before pouring water on my body.
- before speaking call of any person
- before doing yoga are taking a run
- after waking up. it's important to start a day with smile and end it with the smile.
- before talking to any relative (any annoying person)
- before starting any pomodoro task.
- before doing any difficult task like picking up weights in gym, drinking lemon water in morning, eating something which is not tasty
