10 questions we can ask/say ourselves first in the morning.:
- What will I do if this is my last day?
- What am I going to do to make my health better?
- I am going to learn one useful new thing.
- I am going to sit silent for 10 minutes.
- I am going to analyse my day at the end.
- I will thank one person for his service.
- I will talk to my parents once.
- I will sit straight with my erect spine.
- Too much of anything is bad.
- I will eat slowly.
