10 ways to seek discomfort in life:

Often we learn from things which are difficult to do. Things which dont give you pleasure but discomfort.

  1. Cycling 200 kms in a day in North India
  2. Going for foreign studies in your 20s
  3. Being bored for 24 hours straight
  4. Trekking in mountains especially snow.
  5. Doing marathons of writing/reading.
  6. Not reading news for a week
  7. Not having a desire regarding eating for a week
  8. Dancing in a club at 7 pm.
  9. Maintaining your financials/daily activities in excel
  10. Putting your phone in a box and not touching that for a week
