10 ways we can minimise the use of willpower:

 Humans have limited willpower. Rather than going to distraction and trying to control yourself, there are ways to overcome these type of unhealthy addictions:

  1. By studying in library than your room/
  2. If you want to start exercising in the morning, keep your shoes near the bed.
  3. If you want to avoid temptation to some food, stop going to that place or anywhere near that place.
  4. Sitting on a chair than your bed.
  5. When going for shopping, make a list of things you want to buy.
  6. By avoiding social media on your phone.
  7. Reading a physical book than reading on mobile phone.
  8. By switching off internet when working on something deep( unplug the cable.)
  9. By defining your own ways of relaxation which are productive.
  10. By loving things you have to do.
  11. Keep the meetings in silent areas than thwarted areas.
