- All the new houses must have functional rainwater harvesting systems.
- NZEB- Net Zero Energy buildings being more frequent.
- An upper limit to the number of floors that can be constructed so that there is limited pressure on water resources.
- The concept of yoga room or exercise room (or space in terrace) so that people keep their health on a priority.
- Fans and lights getting switched on/off on sensing motion.
- Make a rule which makes it mandatory to have every house being exposed to a certain quantity of sunlight.
- Bathrooms having some limit on water usage.
- Societies in metro cities to meet certain play conditions so that children can play.
- Houses insulated enough to avoid external noise.
- A world where no one brings his work or technology into their personal bedrooms.
