10 questions to dietician/nutritionist:


  1. What should be the exact percentage distribution of cardio and running in exercise?
  2. Is it a good philosophy to eat only when we are hungry?
  3. Do you advise talking while eating?
  4. Can a person survive without drinking tea and coffee? Can I be active without drinking these things?
  5. Isn't the concept of cheat days a mockery? Having cheat days means that some part of you still wants to eat fast food.
  6. Is it okay to play immediately after eating?
  7. Should not there be some rule where corporates should not be allowed to collect the eating data of their customers?
  8. Can I skip carbohydrates to the afternoon and start my day with fruits and milk?
  9. There is no difference in eating by hands or sticks or spoon?
  10. Should we drink water before sleeping?
