- Streaming online with someone. You won’t watch movies or comedy shows alone. Laugh with your partner.
- Scheduling time to check email daily. Not to check it often.
- Not relying on chrome to remember the passwords of social media accounts.
- Designing home screen with apps which you need often ( not the apps you use often). e.g. Instagram is an app which you use often but you dont need it. You can even change the control center and notification center.
- Removing the Touch ID access. Use alphanumeric passcode every time to unlock.
- Making a rule like using social media only while standing or while outside the house.
- No screens in bed.
- Watch youtube videos by downloading.
- Do not watch live matches on a mobile phone.
- Realizing that a phone is a tool, not an end product.
