10 rules for digital detox.:


  1. Streaming online with someone. You won’t watch movies or comedy shows alone. Laugh with your partner.
  2. Scheduling time to check email daily. Not to check it often. 
  3. Not relying on chrome to remember the passwords of social media accounts.
  4. Designing home screen with apps which you need often ( not the apps you use often). e.g. Instagram is an app which you use often but you dont need it. You can even change the control center and notification center. 
  5. Removing the Touch ID access. Use alphanumeric passcode every time to unlock.
  6. Making a rule like using social media only while standing or while outside the house.
  7. No screens in bed.
  8. Watch youtube videos by downloading. 
  9. Do not watch live matches on a mobile phone. 
  10. Realizing that a phone is a tool, not an end product.
