10 features of daily schedule analysis:
I have been mantaining my daily log in Excel since the start of this month. The main purpose of this was to find the things which optimise my energy levels and help me perform better. The list is the features that I can record also.
- Number of calories consumed.
- Amount of time meditated.
- Staying inside the house all day versus going outside.
- Eating twice a day versus eating thrice a day.
- Effect of talking to a friend.
- Noting down the water consumption.
- Effect of using phone.
- Effect of organised room vs Messy room
- Effect of sing one day versus twice a day.
- Effect of drinking tea
