10 things to do when you are feeling low:


 10 things to do when you are feeling low:
  1. Go in nature for a walk.
  2. Don't use phone or social media .It won't help you. It will only make your situation worse.
  3. Write your thoughts on a piece of paper.
  4. Talk to a positive friend.
  5. Visit a temple or any religious place.
  6. Read a book.
  7. Talk to your parents.
  8. Sleep.
  9. Sit straight or stand straight.  Don't be in a convex position. Posture does affect your mood.
  10. Best of all , meditate.
  11. Have one productive habit and commit that you will do it everyday no matter how the day was. For me, writing one daily post is that habit.
