10 things to do when you are feeling low:
- Go in nature for a walk.
- Don't use phone or social media .It won't help you. It will only make your situation worse.
- Write your thoughts on a piece of paper.
- Talk to a positive friend.
- Visit a temple or any religious place.
- Read a book.
- Talk to your parents.
- Sleep.
- Sit straight or stand straight. Don't be in a convex position. Posture does affect your mood.
- Best of all , meditate.
- Have one productive habit and commit that you will do it everyday no matter how the day was. For me, writing one daily post is that habit.
