10 body hacks I learned in the last 12 months:
- Eat slowly.
- Sit straight. It has positive effect on your emotions.
- Drink Lemon water in the morning.
- Eat food twice a day. Once around 10:00 in the morning and second around 7 in the evening.
- When you lay down on bed don't use any device.
- 7 hours sleep is optimum.
- Walk daily but generally on a path where there are less distractions.
- Prefer yoga over gym.
- Listen to slow music while eating.
- Do stretching if you want a break from focussed work.
