10 body hacks I learned in the last 12 months



 10 body hacks I learned in the last 12 months:
  1. Eat slowly. 
  2. Sit straight. It has positive effect on your emotions.
  3. Drink Lemon water in the morning.
  4. Eat food twice a day. Once around 10:00 in the morning and second around 7 in the evening.
  5. When you lay down on bed don't use any device.
  6. 7 hours sleep is optimum.
  7. Walk daily but generally on a path where there are less distractions.
  8. Prefer yoga over gym. 
  9. Listen to slow music while eating.
  10. Do stretching  if you want a break from focussed work.
