1. How far is it from my office?
2. How far is it from the main road?
3. Does mobile networks work properly there?
4. See if any construction is going near by. The noise will disturb your sleep a lot.
5. How far away the local food places are from your home?
6. If the house is near lift do consider that there will be a lot of sounds of lift in a day.
7. Is the bed/ mattress proper? Are there Chairs or not?
8. Ask if the place has any water problem?
9. Try to rent a house on first or second floor. It will save a lot of time.
10. Do you see the location of your room if you want it to be sun facing or not?
