- Social media ( specially Instagram, Fb -they are highly addictive).
- YouTube- 99% of things are bull shit.
- TV- It's completely useless.
- Netflix- binge watching is bad addictive habit.
- Fast food- might feel good now but future ain't bright.
- Coke ,Pepsi
- Engaging in negative conversations
- Porn - it's violence and nudity.
- Songs- music is good but songs are noise. They mess up with your mind.
- Looking sideways while walking or randomly looking at faces of people.- you won't remember 90% of the faces.
