 10 things that people should stop consuming:
  1. Social media ( specially Instagram, Fb -they are highly addictive).
  2. YouTube- 99% of things are bull shit.
  3. TV- It's completely useless.
  4. Netflix- binge watching is bad addictive habit.
  5. Fast food- might feel good now but future ain't bright.
  6. Coke ,Pepsi
  7. Engaging in negative conversations
  8. Porn - it's violence and nudity.
  9. Songs- music is good but songs are noise. They mess up with your mind.
  10. Looking sideways while walking or randomly looking at faces of people.- you won't remember 90% of the faces.
