 10 unique fasts/Restraints in life:
  1. Not speaking anything for a week.
  2. Fast from drinking tea for a month.
  3. Not picking up your phone in a day from a specific place.
  4. Not looking at every random person walking by you.
  5. Not lying down on bed for 24 hours.
  6. Fast from music or sound or anything entering your ears.
  7. Fast from reading.
  8. Fast from using laptop or social media.
  9. Not forming opinions about anything.
  10. Not moving out of a room all day.
  11. Telling truth every moment of the day
