10 postures which humans are doing wrong:


  1. The spine is not erect when they are eating food making the passage of food difficult.
  2. Humans postures are never meant to be relaxing. They are meant to be efficient.
  3. Sitting in cross-legged postures. 
  4. Sleeping with your face down.
  5. Sitting in car postures. They are not good for a long time. 
  6. Convex postures while sitting on floors.
  7. Bending down to pick things.
  8. Sitting in irregular postures in offices and thinking that one-hour workout in the morning will keep them fit.
  9. Sitting on sofas.
  10. Any postures which disturbs the balance of body like putting too much weight on one foot.
