10 things like negative feedback


10 things like negative feedback ( You want to rid of a habit and every time you do that habit, you do one negative thing like slapping oneself when I use Facebook.)
  1. You are addicted to a tv series. For episode you see, you have to run 1km. If you don't run 1 km, you can’t see next.
  2. You like eating fast food. Every time you do that, you delete one app from your phone.
  3. You want to quit drinking. For every beer bottle you drink, you have to climb stairs of any building with greater than 20 floors.
  4. You waste your time in thinking about sex. Every time you eject, you write a 100å word paragraph about anything. You only masturbate when you have completed the task.
  5. Every time you eat fast food, you call someone you hate and tell one good thing about them.
  6. Every time you miss a day working out. You delete the number of your crush or unfollow her on Instagram.
  7. Every time you think negative about anyone, you go silent for 1 hour. Complete silence.
  8. You are addicted to watching matches. For every match you see, you drink 5 glasses of juice or lemon water.
  9. You are addicted to Youtube. Every time you spend more than 30 mins a day, you kiss a dog. 
  10. You oversleep a lot. You can oversleep but those extra hours should be on the floor. 
  11. You use WhatsApp a lot. Every time you indulge in meaningless conversation, you exit one group or delete a number.
  12. You miss a lecture in college. You miss lunch for that day.
  13. You like or comment on someone’s picture. You can but you have to call that person first. 
  14. You want to watch a movie in the theatre. First, complete one MOOC.
