  1. Willpower is about watching the trailers of the movies and then resisting them. A good habit ensures that you rarely watch the trailers in the first place.
  2. Willpower is about having WhatsApp on your phone and then resisting to open more often. A good habit ensures that you don't have WhatsApp on your phone  [ Replace WhatsApp with any social Media]
  3. Willpower is about going to a dominos and then resisting to eat . A good habit ensures that you don't go to dominos in the first place.
  4. Willpower is about going to a mall and then resist buying clothes. A good habit ensures that you don't go to dominos in the first place. 
  5. Willpower is about watching porn and then resisting masturbation. A good habit ensures that you don't watch it in the first place.
